Not quite. Humans are the mightiest creatures on Midkemia, which is why they're the dominate life form. A single dragon can much your average human, obviously, but never take on humans in groups; they're dangerous.

And I'd wager that if you go to the top of the human power curve, Macros and Pug, a dragon would have their hands full.
