Comments: | Lady Mara, main character of the excellent Empire trilogy written by Raymond Feist and Janny Wurts. The people as described in the series never struck me as Asian as it's often visualized in fanart, I felt it was more of a mix between Asian and things like the ancient Aztec and Greek/Roman cultures. Mara is one of my favourite book characters, her story is very well written and if you haven't, do go read the series. All done in photoshop, no reference. |
