Elves don't worship the gods. They pay respect to Killian, but they are children of the Blind Gods of the Beinning, so they tent toward the agnostic. They believe in an ordered universe in balance with a chaotic universe, and believe everything has a place in the scheme of things.

The worship of Ishap is explained in the last two books of the Serpentwar.
