Queen of Storms - UPDATE
Ray just posted the following.
Not making promises, because that way lies madness! BUT, it looks like I can see the light at the end of the tunnel (hoping it's not an oncoming train) and should have Queen of Storms finished by ComiCon! (Watch now I'll get an inspiration and have to write a completely new subplot. NO!)
And now it's time for me to reveal the title of the third book! Ladies and gentlemen, and all the rest of you rowdies, the third book will be titled
Master Of Furies

The Riftwar Saga TV Adaptation Press Release
Official Press Release courtesy Brian Keady.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
BCDF PICTURES ACQUIRES ‘RIFTWAR’ FRANCHISE FOR TV
Los Angeles, CA (September 20, 2018) – BCDF Pictures has acquired the rights to Raymond E. Feist’s blockbuster fantasy book franchise THE RIFTWAR SAGA. Kurt Johnstad (ATOMIC BLONDE, 300, 300: RISE OF AN EMPIRE) is adapting MAGICIAN, the first novel in the saga, for television. Claude Dal Farra, Brice Dal Farra, Brian Keady, and Feist are executive producers. Fiction Riot is also producing and will develop mobile content for the series starting early next year.
THE RIFTWAR CYCLE is one of the largest selling fantasy book franchises of all-time, with over 20 million copies sold. It is a New York Times Bestselling Series and an International Bestselling Series, and has been translated into over 25 languages. THE RIFTWAR CYCLE is also one of the longest-running fantasy book series of all-time, with 32 novels and additional short stories.
In MAGICIAN the peace of the Kingdom of the Isles is destroyed when mysterious invaders from another world swarm the land. A young magician’s destiny leads him through a rift in the fabric of space and time to master the powers of a strange new magic, while his warrior friend inherits a legacy of savage power from an ancient civilization.
Midkemia, the world upon which RIFTWAR is based, originated as a paper-based role-playing game with its own system, world, and adventures. In addition to other gaming products, the universe developed by Feist and his friends has since been used as the basis for the creation of two video games. Marvel Comics has also published a comic book adaptation of the series.
On this agreement, Feist said, “I’ve been talking to film and TV people about adapting my work since the publication of MAGICIAN in 1982. I have said no repeatedly to deals simply because the “fit,” was wrong. I am delighted to have finally met people with the understanding of the work and vision to match my own in bringing THE RIFTWAR SAGA to series television. I look forward to working with the talented crew at BCDF as much as they need and am excited at finally seeing MAGICIAN on the screen.”
Johnstad’s credits include ATOMIC BLONDE, 300, 300: RISE OF AN EMPIRE and ACT OF VALOR.
Feist is a Southern Californian native whose family has been in the entertainment business since before he was born. Like many authors Feist tried his hand at several trades before taking a chance on writing, and discovered his calling. Now residing in San Diego, Feist has traveled the world and is thrilled at meeting new generations of fans everywhere he goes.
BCDF has recently been developing a slew of large book properties for film and television, including CAN YOU KEEP A SECRET?, which stars Alexandra Daddario and has sold over four million copies; the HUSH, HUSH series, which has sold over five million copies; Marie Lu’s #1 New York Times bestselling sci-fi franchise LEGEND, and THE LANGUAGE OF FLOWERS, with Michael Mayer directing and Kiersey Clemons starring, which spent 69 weeks on the New York Times bestseller list
Feist is repped by Ben Camardi of Harold Matson Company. Johnstad is repped by UTA and Sloane, Offer, Weber & Dern. BCDF is repped by Sheri Jeffrey at Hogan Lovells

King of Ashes errors
Ray posted
A production note: it turns out there are several typos in the first UK/Export edition of King of Ashes, word substitutions and a regular replacement of "but" with "hut." My publisher has confirmed these are printers errors introduced during production and every attempt will be made to correct before future printings. So, "variant printing?" Maybe like a postage stamp error it makes it more valuable? In any event, sorry for this folks.

Magician Master from Audible
Ray just posted the following.
It's been called to my attention that some folks downloading Magician: Master from Audible have files with a portion of Chapter One missing. I am aware, so telling me is redundant. I have already passed that info on to the folks at Viking/Penguin/Random House. If you have that problem, let Audible know directly.
The "Our story so far," portion was deleted, as well as the duplication of acknowledgment and dedication. That was intentional. Anything else missing, that is not.
